Treatments

Smart Prostate Biopsy (MR Fusion)

High PSA levels in men is a caution signal for prostate cancer. Prostate cancer can be diagnosed with transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy under mild anesthesia as a day case surgery. In some patients, Prostate MRI should also be performed to see suspicious lesions in the prostate and those risky areas can be targeted during the biopsy. Smart biopsy or MR fusion prostate biopsy increase the prostate cancer detection accuracy.

Prostate Cancer (Robotic da Vinci Prostatectomy)

Prostate cancer is a curable disease if it is diagnosed before any metastasis occured. Surgery can be done by using da Vinci Robotic Surgery with a 3 day hospitalization. Success rate is very high and complication rate is very low compared to standard open prostate surgery.

Prostate Enlargement (BPH)

Prostate enlargement or Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) can be cured with greenlight laser surgery with a 1-2 day hospitalisation. Particularly older patients with fragile health condition and younger patients wishing to preserve sexual function may benefit Greenlight Laser Prostate Surgery.

Non Surgical Prostate Enlargement Treatment (CoreTherm Microwave Prostate Therapy)

Prostate enlargement can be cured with microwave treatment with no surgery.  CoreTherm Microwave Prostate Therapy is very suitable particularly for elder patients who can not tolerate anesthesia or who are under severe anticoagulation treatment.

Non Surgical  Impotence Treatment

Mild or moderate erectile dysfunction or impotence patients may benefit from oral, intracavernosal or topical medication. Stem cell rich PRP can also be performed for erectile function boosting. Moreover we can provide ESWT (low intensity shock wave) treatment for impotence with no surgery and no pain.

Impotence and Penile Prosthesis

Severe impotence related to diabetes, cardiovascular disease or prostate surgery can be treated with the implantation of penile prosthesis. There are different types and sizes of penile prosthesis and you should consult a urologist for the best decision. 1-2 day hospitalisation and 6-8 weeks of waiting time to use the prosthesis is required.

Penile Lengthening

Penis can be lengthened by using some traction devices, low intensity shock wave therapy and vacum devices. Surgical lengthening and enlargement is possible with fat injection with or without stem cells.

Penile Curvature and Peyronie Disease

Penile curvature with a palpable mass on the penis can be Peyronie disease. Peyronie disease can be terated with some oral medication and can be added with low intensity shock wave therapy. Penile curvature can cured as a day case surgery with very high success rate. Patient is required to avoid sexual life 6-8 weeks after surgery. Severe Peyronie disease may require a more complex surgery with penile prosthesis implantation.

Varicocele

Varicocele is the most common reason for male infertility. The varicose veins should be checked with doppler ultrasound for clinically insignificant pathologies. Surgery is done strictly with Surgical Microscope with microsurgery to obtain the best results and lowest complication rate. Sperm analysis should be repeated at the first year of operation to decide the success of the operation. Some patients may need further medication and supplements to improve the sperm count.

Urinary Incontinence

Urinary Incontinence is a curable disease with a day case surgery with endoscopic Botox injection and vaginal sling surgery. The most important step in urinary incontinence treatment is deciding the type of incontinence.

Urethral Stricture

Urethral stricture disease can be cured with endoscopic laser surgery with a high success as a day case. Recuurent strictures are best treated with open surgery with or without tissue transfers from lip or buccal mucosa.

Failed Hypospadias Treatment

Hypospadias can be cured at any age including adults. Surgical treatment of failed hypospadias patients can be done with a high functional and cosmetic success. The procedures can be done single or multple stage operation with or without tissue transfers from lip or buccal mucosa.
